Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
✔️ Active, unencumbered LA RN license and current BLS Certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of RN experience
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, and adaptability

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage and coordinate care for patients with acute/chronic conditions or post-surgery
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies while monitoring patient response
✔️ Perform patient assessments, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team
✔️ Educate patients and families on disease processes, post-discharge care, and medications
✔️ Prioritize and delegate tasks to support staff (LPNs, CNAs) to ensure timely patient care
