Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate In-Home Care Aides to assist elderly and disabled clients with daily living activities throughout Queen Anne's County, MD, promoting independence, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Active Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required
CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Minimum 1 year of in-home or direct care experience preferred
Must pass criminal background screening

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility/transfers
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
Provide medication reminders per care plan
Transport clients to appointments and errands when authorized
Document visits accurately and report changes in client condition
