✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active New Mexico LPN license
✔️ Current BLS and CPR certifications
✔️ 1+ year of experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute care
✔️ Skilled in EMR systems and accurate clinical documentation
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and attention to detail

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor patient status and document vital signs and progress
✔️ Assist in executing care plans with RNs, therapists, and physicians
✔️ Provide patient and family education on post-care and medications
✔️ Keep precise records and follow facility policies and protocols
✔️ Uphold infection control standards and advocate for patient needs
