Rate: $50/hr remote → $60/hr once office-based • Full-time

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct reviews through the appeal level: chart reviews, regulatory research, insurer requirement analysis & determination preparation
✔️ Serve as a resource for clinical/administrative staff; assist with training & clarification of determinations
✔️ Participate in collaborative training & staff huddles
✔️ Perform additional duties as needed

✅ Qualifications
✔️ BSN or approved RN program graduate
✔️ Active NYS RN license
✔️ 3+ years med-legal review experience
✔️ 1–3 years acute care utilization review/appeals experience
✔️ EMR proficiency & strong research skills
✔️ Excellent written/verbal communication; independent, flexible, deadline-driven; strong problem-solver & collaborator
