Start Date: 12/26/25
End Date: 3/31/26
Wed 8 am -5 pm, Thurs. 8 am -5 pm and Fri 8 am – 2 pm
Cases: Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: Please allow one week minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing.
