✅ Sign-On Bonus
✔️ 0–5 years experience: $5,000
✔️ 5–10 years experience: $10,000
✔️ 10+ years experience: $15,000

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Patient Care – Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care under RN supervision
✔️ Clinical Procedures – Phlebotomy, EKGs, IV insertion, Foley catheter care
✔️ Medication Administration – Prepare, administer, and monitor patient response
✔️ Patient Prep & Support – Vitals, specimen collection, therapeutic equipment use
✔️ Respiratory Support – Aerosol treatments, suctioning, breathing exercises
✔️ Documentation – Accurate charting and clinical record maintenance
✔️ Team Collaboration – Work closely with care team to meet patient needs

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Certificate from an accredited practical nursing program
✔️ Active NY State LPN license & registration
✔️ Current BCLS, Infection Control & Child Abuse certifications
✔️ 1–2 years ambulatory care experience preferred
✔️ Strong clinical and organizational skills
✔️ Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
