Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Quality Improvement Advisor to support a major statewide public health initiative focused on improving evidence-based Tobacco Use Disorder (TUD) treatment across medical and behavioral health systems throughout New York State.

✅ Role Snapshot
✔️ Provide QI leadership and technical support to health systems and regional contractors
✔️ Design and monitor quality improvement strategies aligned with statewide deliverables
✔️ Support implementation of evidence-based tobacco treatment practices
✔️ Translate data and field insights into actionable improvements and reports

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Engage health systems and Component A contractors across NYS
✔️ Facilitate QI meetings, learning sessions, and feedback loops
✔️ Apply structured QI methods (PDSA cycles, process mapping, run charts)
✔️ Support performance tracking and outcome monitoring
✔️ Contribute to reports, evaluation summaries, and contract deliverables
✔️ Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure equity-centered approaches

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree required (Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, Social Sciences, or related field)
✔️ Master’s degree preferred
✔️ Experience in healthcare quality improvement, systems change, or performance measurement
✔️ Strong facilitation, project management, and communication skills
✔️ Commitment to health equity and culturally responsive practice
