✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
✔️ Oversee employee relations, compliance, and policy development
✔️ Lead recruitment, training, and professional development programs
✔️ Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
✔️ Manage performance management systems and organizational development
✔️ Monitor HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
✔️ 5-8 years progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in Director-level or senior leadership
✔️ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred
✔️ Strong expertise in compliance, labor laws, HR policy design, and organizational development
✔️ Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • $100,000 starting salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
