✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assess, plan, and intervene in patient health issues in ambulatory care
✔️ Coordinate care for patients, families, and caregivers
✔️ Perform telephone triage and direct patients to appropriate care
✔️ Maintain accurate medical records using electronic systems
✔️ Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans

✅ Qualifications
✔️ AAS or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
✔️ Active NY State RN license
✔️ BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications
✔️ Minimum 2 years nursing experience; ambulatory/ER/medical-surgical experience preferred
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills
✔️ Proficient with computer applications and medication knowledge
