✔️ Conduct assessments and develop person-centered care plans
✔️ Support daily living activities and train staff
✔️ Perform home safety evaluations and provide recommendations
✔️ Ensure participant safety, comfort, and engagement
✔️ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
✔️ Graduate of an accredited OT program
✔️ Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
✔️ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (up to 35 lbs)
