✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
✔️ Active New York State Physical Therapist license
✔️ 1+ year of experience required
✔️ Strong skills in treatment planning, manual therapy, and EMR systems
✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
✔️ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
✔️ Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
✔️ Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
✔️ Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
