Schedule: Every other weekend (Evening Shift)

Qualifications
✔️ Active New York State RN License
✔️ Minimum 3 years nursing home experience (supervisory/evening role)
✔️ Strong knowledge of DOH, CMS, and federal regulations
✔️ Experience with MDS (GG assessments), care planning, and documentation
✔️ Leadership, communication, and team management skills
✔️ Hepatitis B immunity required

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Supervise nursing and direct care staff
✔️ Develop staffing plans and ensure adequate coverage
✔️ Oversee admissions, discharges, and care planning
✔️ Monitor documentation, medication charts, and clinical accuracy
✔️ Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
✔️ Conduct staff evaluations, training, and performance reviews
✔️ Manage quality improvement and corrective action plans
✔️ Oversee narcotics control and inventory management
✔️ Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development
