Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Reviewer / IDR to support utilization review and independent dispute resolution processes for a non-profit organization in Jericho, NY. This role involves detailed clinical chart review, appeals work, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate, evidence-based determinations.

Qualifications:
✔ Active New York State RN license required
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or approved RN training program
✔ 1–3 years utilization review or appeals experience required
✔ At least 3 years med-legal or clinical review experience required
✔ Strong knowledge of EMR systems and clinical documentation
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct utilization and appeal-level clinical reviews
✔ Perform detailed chart reviews and prepare electronic documentation worksheets
✔ Research regulatory guidelines and insurer requirements
✔ Support medical review analysts and physician consultants
✔ Participate in training and staff huddles
✔ Assist in improving accuracy and consistency of clinical determinations
