Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Reviewer to support utilization review and clinical data collection for a non-profit organization. This fully remote role focuses on chart review, quality data analysis, and ensuring accurate, compliant healthcare documentation.

Qualifications:
✔ Active New York State RN license required
✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔ 1–3 years of acute care utilization review or appeals experience required
✔ Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, spreadsheets)
✔ Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct utilization reviews up to appeal level, including chart screening and documentation
✔ Complete electronic worksheets and clinical data entry
✔ Perform quality and clinical study data collection reviews
✔ Support staff with training, clarification, and problem-solving
✔ Participate in collaborative training and review processes
✔ Ensure accuracy and compliance in all clinical documentation activities
