Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead human resources operations for an Article 28 healthcare facility in New York. This leadership role focuses on HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
✔ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred
✔ 5–8 years of progressive HR experience
✔ 2–3 years in a Director or senior HR leadership role in healthcare preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and healthcare HR practices
✔ Proven experience in employee relations and organizational development

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
✔ Manage employee relations, compliance, and HR policy development
✔ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
✔ Lead performance management and organizational development initiatives
✔ Track HR metrics and support executive decision-making
