✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
✔️ Active New York State LPN license and registration required
✔️ 1–2 years of ambulatory care experience preferred
✔️ Skilled in venipuncture, immunizations, medication administration, and EMR documentation
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and patient care skills
✔️ Bilingual Spanish is a plus

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress
✔️ Assist with care planning and collaborate with healthcare providers
✔️ Educate patients and families on medications, recovery, and follow-up care
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
✔️ Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
✔️ Provide compassionate support and patient advocacy throughout care
