✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program
✔️ Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
✔️ Minimum 1 year of nursing home experience required
✔️ Proof of Hepatitis B immunity required
✔️ Availability to work every other Saturday and Sunday
✔️ Flexible schedule to meet facility needs

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
✔️ Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
✔️ Ensure resident safety, comfort, and prompt response to care needs
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
✔️ Assist with transfers, mobility, and positioning of residents
✔️ Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols
✔️ Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
