Position Overview:
We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist for a non-profit federally qualified health center network providing Primary Care, Behavioral Health, specialty care, and health education.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's in Business, Accounting, or Healthcare preferred
Medical Billing & Coding or Medical Administrative Assistant Certification preferred
3–6 months of related office experience in a business setting
Basic understanding of medical billing, CPT and ICD-10 coding
Proficiency in data entry and office software; Epic preferred
Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:
Process and post payments, denials, and Explanation of Benefits
Verify patient eligibility and insurance information
Follow up on accounts receivable and aged accounts
Respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and payers
Maintain familiarity with fee schedules, CPT and ICD-10 coding
Maintain patient/employee confidentiality and compliance policies

• Full-time | $19.00 - $21.00/hour
