Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates the care of patients, families, and significant others in healthcare setting. This position involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, and intervening in actual or potential health problems, including the evaluation of the patient's response to care.

Salary:
$83,850 base/yr
$88,850 (83,850 base + $5K for BSN)
$93,850 (83,850 base + $10K for MSN)
Sign-On Bonus:
0 – 5 years of exp: $5k sign-on bonus
5 – 10 years of exp: $10k sign-on bonus
10+ years of exp: $15k sign on bonus

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Licensure: Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing license.
Experience: Minimum one year of nursing experience required.
Soft Skills:
Must be able to multitask successfully.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and intervene in actual or potential health problems for patients.
Coordinate care for patients, families, and significant others, evaluating their response to treatments and interventions.
Perform telephone triage, utilizing clinical knowledge and communication skills to assess patient needs and direct them to the appropriate level of care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using computer systems.
