Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a skilled care facility in Queens, NY. This is an excellent per-diem opportunity for an LPN with nursing home or hospital experience who is passionate about providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to residents.

📋 Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:

✓ Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program
✓ Active New York State LPN license
✓ Current LPN Registration
✓ At least 2 years of nursing home or hospital experience
✓ Experience with medication administration and treatments
✓ Knowledge of wound care and vital signs monitoring
✓ Ability to accurately complete electronic or paper medical documentation
✓ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✓ Commitment to resident safety and quality care

🩺 Key Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will:

✓ Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
✓ Monitor and document residents' vital signs and overall health status
✓ Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
✓ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team
✓ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
✓ Follow infection prevention and facility safety protocols
✓ Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies
✓ Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records
✓ Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents in a skilled nursing setting

📑 Required Documentation
Candidates must be able to provide:

✓ Driver's License, Passport, or Green Card and SSN Card
✓ COVID Vaccination Card
✓ MMRV Results – Mumps, Measles, Rubella & Varicella
✓ Physical Assessment
✓ CPR Certification
