✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide direct 1:1 RN care to assigned students
✔️ Develop and manage individualized care plans
✔️ Perform advanced nursing interventions
✔️ Monitor and respond to changes in student condition
✔️ Coordinate with families, school staff, and providers
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
✔️ Participate in emergency response when needed
✔️ Provide supervision of LPNs when applicable

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Active North Carolina RN license
✔️ CPR & BLS certification
✔️ Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
✔️ Strong clinical judgment and care coordination skills
✔️ Ability to manage complex patient needs
