✅ Qualifications
✔️ Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
✔️ Active Ohio state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist
✔️ New graduates welcome; previous experience preferred
✔️ Familiarity with digital charting and dental software (EPIC/Dentrix a plus)
✔️ Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
✔️ Conduct oral health assessments and screenings
✔️ Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
✔️ Provide patient education on oral hygiene techniques
✔️ Maintain accurate digital patient records
✔️ Assist with infection control and sterilization procedures
✔️ Collaborate with dentists and the dental team
