✅ Qualifications
✔️ DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
✔️ Valid Oregon dental license; CPR/First Aid certified
✔️ Experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferred
✔️ Skilled in full-scope general dentistry (exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, bridges, patient education)
✔️ Strong communication, cultural responsiveness, and collaborative care mindset

✔️ Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds
✔️ Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations
✔️ Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions
✔️ Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
✔️ Supervise dental staff and contribute to safety & compliance
✔️ Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and planning
