Schedule: 3, Day (8 Hours) 7:45 am - 5:00 pm
December 15th- 7:45am (huddle)-5pm, December 16th- 8:45am(Huddle)-5pm December 17th- 7:45am (huddle)-5pm, December 18th- 6:45am (huddle)-3pm December 22nd- 7:45am (huddle)-5pm, December 23rd- 8:45am (huddle)-5pm December 29th- 7:45am (huddle)-5pm, December 30th- 8:45am (huddle)-5pm December 31st- 7:45am (huddle)-12pm, January 5th-7:45am (huddle)-5pm January 6th-8:45am (huddle)-5pm, January 7th-7:45am (huddle)-5pm January 8th-6:45am (huddle)-3pm, January 12th-7:45am (huddle)-5pm January 13th-8:45am (huddle)-5pm, January 14th-7:45am (huddle)-5pm January 15th-6:45am (huddle)-3pm, January 19th-7:45am (huddle)-5pm
Cases: Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: Please allow one week minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing.
