Specialty: Advanced Practice Provider (PA)
Location: Northern California
Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Coverage: Scheduled shifts with no call
Assignment Length: Approximately 29 weeks
Practice Setting: Acute care hospital
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions
Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic studies
Develop and manage treatment plans
Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable protocols
Perform approved procedures within scope of practice
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and follow-up care
Requirements:
Ability to work full-time night shifts (3x12 schedule)
Credentialing: Approximately 45 days
Interview Process: Video interview with two internal review stages
