Home Health Physician Assistant Needed in CT with Aya Locums!

•Start Date: As soon as credentialed
•Contract Length: Short-term or long-term (full-time, part-time, PRN, travel, temporary, or seasonal)
•Schedule: Flexible schedule, Monday–Sunday (7:00a–7:00p). No nights or weekends required.
• Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial members
• Average of 6–9 home visits per day
• Visits include medication and medical history review and physical evaluation in the patient’s home
• Board Certification required
• Master’s degree required
• Must have active NPI
• Providers will receive pre-populated, patient-specific evaluation forms
• Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
• Connecticut License Required
• Credentialing Timeframe: 7 days to 6–8 weeks
