Position Overview
We are seeking a Physician Assistant for an immediate opening with an Outpatient Internal Medicine Practice in Jersey City, NJ. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
✔ Conduct thorough physical examinations; diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
✔ Order, analyze, and interpret diagnostic tests; formulate and execute treatment plans.
✔ Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state guidelines.
✔ Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications.
✔ Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EHR).

Qualifications
✔ Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
✔ Licensure: Active New Jersey State Physician Assistant License and NCCPA Board Certification required.
✔ Experience: 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficient in physical exams, diagnostic interpretations, prescribing, and EHR charting.
✔ Soft Skills & Language: Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative approach; Bilingual preferred.
