✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program
✔️ Active NY State PA license (required)
✔️ Board Certified PA
✔️ Bilingual in Mandarin (required)

✔️ Skilled in patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct health assessments and exams in patients’ homes
✔️ Diagnose and manage acute/chronic conditions
✔️ Develop individualized care plans
✔️ Prescribe medications and treatments
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Educate patients and families on health maintenance
✔️ Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters
