An established Article 28 Diagnostic & Treatment Center in Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated Telehealth Provider to join our growing team. This is an in person position supporting telehealth services within our facility.

Requirements:

* Must be a licensed NP, PA, or MD in New York
* Active Medicaid and Medicare ID numbers required
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Ability to manage a steady patient volume

Compensation & Benefits:

* Competitive salary: $150,000 – $190,000 annually (based on experience)
