•  BLS & ACLS
• Description of services required: Extended Care / Urgent Care
• Schedule - days and times: M-F 9am-9pm / Sat-Sun 9am-5pm
• Average patient volume: M-F an average of 40/day & Sat-Sun around 20pt/day
• Support staff: LVN
• EMR: Ultramed
• Inpatient / outpatient: Outpatient
• Any call required? NO
• Specific procedures required: Joint Injections / Incisions and drainage / shave or punch biopsy / Cryotherapy / Wound Repair (Suture & Staple, Minor Surgery) / Toe Nair Resection / pelvic exam / Foreign Body Removal / PAPS / Splinting / Cerumen Removal (LVN) / EKG & Cardiac monitoring (IV Push) / Oxygen & nebulizer / Fecal Impactions / Catheters / Patient Lovenox Training
