Telehealth Part-Time Physician Locums Need!!

Job description

Looking for candidates with multiple state licenses. Just to clarify this, they are looking for as close to 50 states as possible from a provider. However, if we find someone with at least 30-40+ states other than (FL, MI, TN, CA and TX) they would be interested in information on them.

Specialty: Primary Care – Telehealth (Hormone replacement therapy)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: On going
Shift Details: Flexible (Can work around the providers schedule)
Schedule: 3 days a week to start approximately 2-3 hours a day.
Work Details:
· Support staff: Work directly with the Founder, CEO and Co- Founder
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Available for phone/ video consults with flexible schedule. Can work around the providers schedule.
o Need 24-48 hour turn around from scheduling to consult
o Each visit last between 15-20 min.
o Full hormone panel and blood work will be done prior to consult visit
· Patients per day: Varied
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Department description: Telehealth
· EMR: Proprietary
