Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spanish Speaking Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment, focusing on various specialties including Ob/Gyn, outpatient services, and other medical fields. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients, conducting clinical trials, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE AND VALID MEDICAL LICENSE IN FLORIDA. MUST HAVE ACTIVE MEDICAID AND MEDICARE NUMBER.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status.
Diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions across various specialties including Ob/Gyn, Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Hematology, and Pulmonology.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform outpatient procedures as necessary and provide follow-up care.
Participate in clinical trials to advance medical research and improve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Skills
Strong knowledge of medical principles and practices related to various specialties including Ob/Gyn, outpatient care, and others.
Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex medical conditions.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
Experience or interest in participating in clinical trials is preferred.
