Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 per year (Base + Incentives)
Location: Lady Lake, Florida
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)

Job Summary

A growing, physician-led medical group in Lady Lake, FL is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) Primary Care Physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join our established outpatient practice.

This opportunity offers the ability to inherit a full patient panel while delivering high-quality, relationship-focused care to an adult and senior Medicare Advantage population in a value-based care environment.

Base Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 annually based on experience

Required Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

Internal Medicine (IM)
Family Medicine (FM)
Active or eligible Florida medical license
Interest in value-based primary care and senior-focused medicine
Strong communication and team-based care skills
Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services in a 100% outpatient clinic setting with an average daily patient volume of 12–16 patients.

Chronic Disease Management

Develop individualized treatment plans and manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, COPD, and cardiovascular disease.

Team-Based Care

Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers, care coordinators, and clinical support staff to improve patient outcomes and preventive care initiatives.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with Florida medical practice regulations and organizational quality standards.
