Family Practice Physician – Locum Opportunity in Indiana

We’re seeking a Family Practice Physician for a daytime locum opportunity in Indiana.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays

Call: Minimal, if any

EMR: Intus Care

Support: Strong nursing staff and a Nurse Practitioner on the team

Patient Load: Light to start, gradually increasing to around 10 patients per day as the program grows

Requirements:

ABFM / ABIM Board Eligible or Certified

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with patients aged 55 and older

PACE program experience highly preferred

Additional Information:

Credentialing typically takes about 30 days
