FP/IM need in Northwest Michigan

Job description

Setting: Typical Outpatient Primary Care setting: physicals, annual follow-ups, med reconciliation, etc.
Volume: 10-15patients/day; some chonic care cases
Ages: 12 years up. Mostly adults
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8a-5p (can be made into a M-F 8a-5p)
Contract: 3-6 months with potential extension
Credentialing timeframe: 2 weeks
Support staff: NP, MA, and RN
License requirements: ANY state License
