I wanted to share a flexible In-Home Health Evaluation opportunity starting as soon as credentialed. This role offers excellent flexibility and can be structured as full-time, part-time, PRN, contract, travel, seasonal, or temporary, depending on your availability in Montana, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Schedule & Flexibility:
Flexible schedule
Monday–Sunday availability
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No nights or weekends required

Clinical Overview

Setting: Home Health
Average visits: 6–9 per day
Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations
Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members

Visits include:
-Medication review
-Medical history review
-Physical evaluation
-No prescribing, no lab orders, no treatment changes
-Pre-populated, patient-specific forms provided

EMR: TBD
