Family Medicine | New Hampshire | Outpatient Clinic

Full-time | Mon–Fri 8a–5p
Bread & butter FM seeing peds–adults
~16 patients/day (30-minute appointments) | EPIC
Support: 6 MDs + 5 APPs

Practice:

Modern outpatient clinic in a newly developed area with nearby shops, restaurants, and hotels
Seeking 2 locums providers to support growing patient volume

Requirements:

BC Family Medicine (IM accepted if seeing all ages)
Active NH license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
DEA + BLS
1+ year experience


Credentialing:

~90+ days (expedited due to outpatient-only setting)
Name clear required (Name + NPI)

Travel:

Mileage, hotel, rental car, and flight covered
