✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient population
✔️ Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe treatments
✔️ Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and disease management
✔️ Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
✔️ Participate in on-call rotation and staff meetings

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD/DO from accredited medical school + completed residency
✔️ Board Certified with active State medical license
✔️ Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient care skills
✔️ Experience or passion for community healthcare preferred
✔️ Bilingual Spanish preferred
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
