Aya Locums is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in West Oregon.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: October 2026
• Contract Length: 58 weeks
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Call Requirements: Some weeknight/weekend call
• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Patient Demographic: All ages
• Patient Volume: ~20 per day
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Pediatrics and post-delivery call

Requirements:
• State License: Active OR license required
• Certifications: BLS, NRP
• Credentialing: 120 days
