Medical Director (Oversight Physician) for IV Hydration Clinic

Bella Mobile IV, a nurse-owned mobile IV hydration and wellness practice, is seeking a Medical Director (Supervising Physician) to provide remote medical oversight. This is a flexible, low-involvement contractor role ideal for physicians seeking predictable supplemental income without direct patient care responsibilities.

The Medical Director will provide high-level clinical oversight, ensure compliance with Texas regulations, and support safe delivery of IV hydration and wellness services.

Duties:
Periodic chart review in accordance with Texas Medical Board requirements
Review and sign standing orders, protocols, and clinical guidelines
Ensure compliance with Texas Good Faith Exam (GFE) requirements (GFEs performed by NPs)
Serve as supervising physician for pharmacy accounts (e.g., Empower, Olympia)
Provide availability for occasional clinical questions regarding patient care
Support safe practice standards for IV hydration and IM injections

Skills and Qualifications:
MD or DO with an active Texas medical license
Board-certified or board-eligible in ANY SPECIALTY
No IV hydration experience required — training and protocols provided
Comfortable serving in an off-site supervisory role
Strong communication skills and adherence to safe clinical practice

Compensation:
$500/month for the first 3 months (startup phase)
Increased monthly compensation with growth, typically $600–$1,000/month
