Job description

Full-Time
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
New inmate intake and chronic care management
Provider doesn't do physicals on every inmate, some make bail and won't be screened
900-1100 inmate, not all have chronic conditions
Provider will do initial health screeners on patients either serving a jail sentence or being transferred to a prison
ASAP Start
3 Month initial Locum contract with the option to extend
