FP/IM needed in Clarksburg, WV

Job description

FP/IM needed for full-time coverage with VAMC in Clarksburg, WV
• 6 month MINIMUM contract with the ability to extend
• Credentialing timeframe: roughly 8 weeks
• Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30p (40 hours per week, no OT)
• Roughly 12-15 patients per day
• Basic Primary Care and chronic care cases
• Facility uses EMR, provider should be proficient using electronic records
• BC or truly Board Eligible required
• Any state license
• DEA required
• T&L is provided
