Positions available throughout Maine. You decide travel radius for in person assessments.

Excellent opportunity for Board Certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a privately owned service organization providing virtual and in person home health risk assessments of Medicare, Medicaid and ACA members based on your availability!

Provide your availability Monday-Friday, no call weekends or holidays!

Rate- $ 50 per virtual assessment- 30 min.

$100 per in person assessment- 1 hour.

Supplies, mileage reimbursement and liability coverage.


Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant role:

Effectively identify, evaluate and address disease prevention and health issues of the Medicaid Advantage member while conducting virtual or in home visits. Responsible for recognition of acute, chronic and long term healthcare issues.

Qualifications:

Valid Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of Maine
Board Certification NP/PA.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; experience with geriatric populations preferred.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned areas.
Ability to manage various dwelling conditions and engage with patients comfortably in their home environments.
