Job description

• Family Medicine – Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice is REQUIRED
• 2 years of experience in Family Medicine within last 3yrs
• ANY state license, BLS, DEA
• 3-6 months with extensions possible
• Clean background
• M-F 8 hours per day
o between the hours of 8a-8p (usual shift = 11a-8p), some weekend coverage may be asked for on a non-frequent basis
