✅ Work Schedule
✔️ Full-time with day & evening shifts
✔️ Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Prepare and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures
✔️ Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies during operations
✔️ Perform surgical counts to ensure patient safety
✔️ Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols
✔️ Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
✔️ Handle specimens and ensure proper labeling
✔️ Clean and restock OR between cases
✔️ Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia team

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
✔️ 3+ years recent OR experience
✔️ Experience in trauma center or teaching hospital preferred
✔️ Scrub experience required
✔️ Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
