Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity at a hospital in Flint, Michigan. This assignment offers flexible part-time to full-time scheduling, a supervised anesthesia practice model, and **no weekends or on-call responsibilities**.

Position Details

* **Position:** Locum Tenens CRNA
* **Location:** Flint, Michigan
* **Schedule:** Part-time to Full-time
* **Coverage Needed:** 2–3 shifts per week
* **Shift Length:** 10-hour and 12-hour daytime shifts
* **Weekends:** None
* **Call:** None
* **Practice Model:** Supervised medical direction

Practice Setting

* Hospital-based anesthesia department
* Approximately **35 surgical cases per day**
* **16 operating rooms**
* Adult patient population only (No Pediatrics)
* Cerner EMR
* No pain management responsibilities

Responsibilities

* Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures
* Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations
* Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout procedures
* Provide post-anesthesia care and patient assessment
* Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
* Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR

Qualifications

* Active Michigan CRNA license (required)
* NBCRNA certification
* AANA membership/certification
* Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
* New graduates are welcome to apply
* Clean background with no malpractice history
* **Local, drive-in candidates only**

Compensation

* Competitive hourly compensation up to **$265/hour**
