Plastic Surgery NP/PA Needed in San Francisco, CA:
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Length: 6 months with the option to extend
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Clinic)
Opportunity to work inpatient/OR on Wednesdays (6:00 AM start), if interested
No call
No weekends
No holidays
Work Details
Full-time coverage
Up to 16 adult patients per day
APP will primarily see post-operative plastic surgery and gender-affirming care patients
EMR: Epic
Procedures: Bread-and-butter post-operative care
Mostly outpatient clinic; optional inpatient/OR coverage on Wednesdays
First assist opportunities are not guaranteed
Requirements
Board Certified NP or PA
Active California license required (no licensing available)
Active California DEA with Schedule II–V authority required
BLS required
ACLS preferred
Minimum 2 years of plastic surgery experience
Epic experience required
Experience with gender-affirming care is a plus
Practice Setting
Academic/Teaching Facility
Primarily outpatient clinic
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
