Advanced Practitioners - Surgery
Job Details:
- Join a seasoned Surgical Subspecialties team with a strong emphasis on exceptional teamwork, communication, and provider autonomy
- Serve as first-assist in the OR across a diverse case mix including General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, and Plastic Surgery
- Gain exposure to robotic-assisted procedures, vascular interventions, breast reconstruction, thoracic surgery, and more
- Manage ED and inpatient consults, admissions, rounding, discharges, and invasive bedside procedures
- Open to Physician Assistants with 1+ years of experience in surgery or a related setting
- Inpatient surgical subspecialties setting with full-time, day/night rotating schedule and premium differentials offered
- No call schedule required
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
- Certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner required
- Practice at the top of your license with procedural autonomy in a supportive, collaborative environment
