Vascular Surgery NP/PA Needed in Lebanon, PA:
Start Date: June 2026
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
• Schedule: 10-hour days, 7a–5p
• Coverage Needed: 2 weeks per month
• Setting: Hospital + clinic (inside hospital), no trauma
• EMR: Epic
• Patient Volume: ~15 patients/day + 2 consults/day
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• Procedures: Bypass, amputations
Coverage Dates:
• June 1–4
• June 16–19
• June 29–July 2
• July 13–16
• July 27–30
• August 10–13
• August 24–27
• September 7–10
• September 21–24
Requirements:
• BC in Vascular Surgery
• Active PA license required
• DEA required
• 1+ year of vascular experience preferred
Credentialing: ~90 days (temps available with clean file)
Active PA License
