Locum | General Surgery NP/PA - Richland WA

Job description

Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need

Start Date:  As soon as credentialed

Openings: 1

Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search

Practice Setting: 
Inpatient and OR coverage
Average 20 PPD with 5-7 admissions and 4-6 cases
2 Surgeons on-site during day and 1 Surgeon on-site at night
50% trauma patients
Practice includes 6 Surgeons and 6 APPs
Level II trauma center

Schedule: 
12-hour shifts, 7 on/7 off schedule
7-15 shifts per month through November
Day and night coverage needed
Patient Population: Adult (80%), Pediatrics (20%)

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing: 90 days

Requirements:
Active Washington licensure
Board certification
AHA BLS, ACLS and ATLS certifications
Minimum 1-year General Surgery experience or equivalent

Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.
